This time, Leon Phelps (Tim Meadows, reprising his smooth-talking Saturday Night Live character) inherits the crumbling Susanna House, once the famous all-female boarding mansion of the original film. Looking to turn it into a classy wellness retreat, Leon finds himself surrounded by an eclectic cast of residents — influencers, entrepreneurs, artists, and romantics — all with personalities big enough to make his head spin.

Determined to prove he’s “a changed man,” Leon swears to keep things professional — but when a mysterious new tenant (Tiffany Haddish) moves in with her own chaotic energy, temptation, misunderstandings, and pure comedic disaster quickly follow. Meanwhile, Maya Rudolph plays the no-nonsense building manager trying (and failing) to maintain order as Leon’s charm causes one catastrophe after another.
